Pastry Assistant

Carla Ann has taken a strong interest in the pastry culinary arts.  She's pretty much obsessed with the Kitchenaid mixer.  If she hears it on then she comes a running.  So I've been putting her to work.

After we finished our mixing and baking it was onto working with fondant.  It's just like play dough, or so I thought.  One major difference is that it's sweet so she ended up eating most of her project.

Here is the big reveal of what we were working on.  It was her pal Niva's 2nd birthday party earlier this month.
