Mommy and Baby Playdate

Woohoo!  We made it outside of the house again today successfully!  Today Carla Ann and I met up with her pal Niva and her mom Anuva at Butler Park.  It was great to be outside and to swap stories with a fellow mom.  Of my closest friends here in Austin Anuva paved the way into mommyhood for us all when Niva was born 10 months ago.  She is so wise and experienced and I’m so lucky to have her as a pal and mommy role model.

Here’s a pic of Carla Ann and her friend.  Niva was all smiles and wanting to play (can you tell she loves the camera?) while Carla Ann snoozed the whole time.

    Yesterday was so fun... They are sure to be besties indeed!
