Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4^th of July and Happy Birthday Uncle Matt!  We started off the day with our usual walk then we made a quick visit to see the Matt and Hili gang who were spending the day at the Four Seasons pool.  Hili’s sister Gry thought Carla Ann needed to get in the water.  Being the nervous new parent that I am, I was skeptical but finally relented by saying she could at least get her feet wet.  She was only in there for a couple minutes and she did love the water.

****Seriously, I'm having trouble with these photos.  When I download iphone pictures to my desktop I save them right side up.  Why are they uploading to the blog sideways?!?  Tips??

Then this evening our friends Maria and Jared from Houston stopped by for a visit.  I totally forgot to take a picture!  Maria has taken up a new photography hobby and Carla Ann posed as her youngest model.  The pictures look amazing so as soon as I get copies I will post them on the blog.
